Sport and a healthy lifestyle are inseparable from my life priorities and at the same time I have been working for more than 10 years as a fitness trainer, nutritionist and at the same time as a competitor in the Men‘s Physique category, IFBB federation.
During my work, I tried a number of different eating habits and styles of training techniques, thanks to which I gained valuable experience in the field of fitness.
All these experiences, together with the knowledge from studying at the University of Physical Education and Sport and the Institute of Healthy Lifestyle, which I gained during my internship, I try to use when working with my clients to avoid unnecessary mistakes and achieve their goals more effectively and faster.
